Housing in Rome

Students of The Making of Europe – Rise of Civilization will be housed in the heart of Rome, in the student residence of St. John’s University. The residence is close to the Vatican and important attractions such as Castel Sant’Angelo, Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona are in walking distance. In the immediate area, restaurants, shopping, cinemas, parks and gyms are plentiful.
The rooms (single, double and triple) are located on the top two floors of the building. Each room contains one or more single bed(s), desks, shelves and closets. In case of a shared room, you will share with one other student of the same gender. On each floor there are bathrooms, in addition to a student lounge equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink area, table and chairs. There are two full kitchens available for use by all dorm students.
The residence also includes a library, computer lab and a central courtyard open to all students. Wifi internet is available throughout the building. There is 24-hour security.
